The GMG Music System consists of sight-reading, ear training, theory, music history, technique, transcription,

arranging, composition, improvisation, production and production.

The GMG Music System encourages learning through group classes, private instruction and practice at home.

The group class environment is a teaching tool that provides advantages impossible to achieve solely in private

lessons or home practice alone. This includes: learning by peer example, exposure to more musical styles and

composers, getting feedback from peers on a weekly basis, excitement and motivation from group games

and activities, benefits from having a performance arena every week and development of friendships with

others who also enjoy making music. Our group classes are used to help motivate good student practice habits.
